Congratulations to our 112 year 12 students for passing their HSC examinations.

We were again ranked first in the Bankstown Education District. We were ranked sixth in the state in Mathematics. In Biology, Karim Nahin came third and Sarah El-Dadoun came seventh in the State. Congratulations to all the students, teachers and parents for their excellent effort.

Students who had the top ATAR with over 90 were the following:

Mohammad Raad, Bassel Nahya, Sibgat Al Saleheen, Yusuf Assem, Abu Raihan-Al-Baruni Hossain, Tarek Taleb, Mohammad Eid, Kareem Magribi, Mohammad Tamer, Rami El-Kaderi, Aqib Hossain, Alifur Rahman, Adam Annous, Khaled Melhem, Ahmad Helmy, Abdullah Hasher, Mahmud Hawila, Taha Kassas-Naboulsi, Khaled Abdulwahed, Yunus Ahmed, Omer Hasan Khan, Mohamed Sharawy and Syed Haider.

Sarah Amr, Amina Ahmad, Zoya Aiyub, Afreen Hussain, Hanan Youssef, Amina Atteya, Mareena Hussain, Hayat Chamtie, Maha Daher, Hamina Arif, Nadia Azni, Mubeenah Ansari, Nora Nasser, Layal Aweidah, Marwa Samrout, Sukainah Hamdi, Pascale Mehanna, Khadeejah Diab, Fatima Azam and Sakina Fattouh.

 

Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR)

Forty-three students or thirty-eight per cent had an ATAR of over 90. Our top scorer this year was Sarah Amr on 99.25, she was closely followed by:

Amina Ahmad 99.05
Zoya Aiyub 99.05
Bassel Nahya 99.00
Sibgat Al Saleheen 99.00

Premier's Awards

Zoya Aiyub had marks of 90 or above in 10 units and she received the Premier's Award.
